Ingredients

  • 2large carrots, grated
  • 1/2red onion finely sliced
  • 2 tbsppickled red cabbage
  • Olive oil
  • Tspzaatar spice mix
  • Coriander
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix grated carrots and slice onion in a bowl with the salt. Leave for 10 min till moisture comes out

  2. 2

    Pat dry with some kitchen roll

  3. 3

    Add zaatar and mix

  4. 4

    Add coriander and pickled red cabbage and mix

  5. 5

    Add small splash olive oil at the end and mix. Serve.
