I have a few kiwi's, pears and apples that were growing very overripe in the fruit boil so searched for kiwi and apple and decided to make this smoothie. It was yummy.

I have a few kiwi's, pears and apples that were growing very overripe in the fruit boil so searched for kiwi and apple and decided to make this smoothie. It was yummy.

Prepare fruit. 🥝 Peel kiwi and dice. 🍐 Peel pear and dice (my pears were very bruised so I peeled them but you can use pears with the skin on if you like the texture and taste). 🍎 Quarter and remove seed core from the apples. Leave the skin on and dice. (Apple skin is very nutritious)

Add a sprig of mint and a squeeze of honey to taste. Add your cold water.

Blitz in a juicer/blender. Enjoy.
