  • 1 cupgram flour (besan)
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • as required Curry leaves
  • as required Coriander leaves
  • as per needFresh Coconut
  • As for tadka
  • as requiredGreen chillies
  • as neededSesame seeds
  • as neededMustard seeds
  • as requiredCumin seeds

    Mix gram flour, curd and water with hand whisker

    Add salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Transfer in a pan

  4. 4

    Turn on flame

  5. 5

    Cook on low flame, keep stirring continuously

  6. 6

    After 8-10min, it will become thick,then turn off flame

  7. 7

    Immediately spread on clean kitchen platform or on back side of plates

    Let it cool for 3-4min

    Make rolls

  10. 10

    Make tadka of green chillies and Curry leaves, sesame seeds

  11. 11

    Pour on rolls

  12. 12

    Sprinkle fresh grated coconut and coriander leaves

    Khandvi/Dahiwadi/Surali chi vadi is ready to serve.
