Jackfruit(kathal)biryaani in pressure cooker

Firstly heat a oil to defry all jackfruits in a high flame.... Keep aside

Heat a oil and butter in a pressure cooker, add 1tsp cumin seeds, bay leaf... Saute it well

Add slicely cut onions, saute it in a high flame,meanwhile take 2-3tsp curd add biryaani masala, salt, turmeric powder, whisk it well and pour it into the sauted onions

Add jackfruits and cover the lid and cook for a while then add pureed tomato paste,

Cook for more min, add washed rice and stir it well... Add drop of food colour and sprinkle some coriander leaf

Add water accordingly, close the lid and pressure cook until the 2-3whistle came, low the flame for 5-10min
