Yakhni pulao taste really good. Or eid pe bnaya jaye tou raity k sth bht acha lagahy...
Steps

First of all make yakhni, by adding chicken and all ingredients mentioned above in water.

Cook till meat tenderize. Then take out chicken pieces from yaknhi set a side.

Then strain yakhni for later use. Our yakhni is ready.

In a wok heat oil, add whole spices and onions. Fry till golden brown.

Then add tomatoes and chicken mix well. And cook till tomatoes become soft.

Now whisk the yogurt and add in chicken masala. Add red chili flakes and salt to taste. Cook till oil separates and become aromatic.

Add in green chili and fresh coriander. Cook for 2 minutes. Now add yakhni in it and bring it to boil.

Add soaked rice in it. Now cover and cook till water and rice becomes equal in level.

Sprinkle food color and Put pulao on dum.

Mix well before dish out. Serve with any kind of raita.
