A very quick recipe which is an excellent snacking recipe or a starter recipe prepared with just few ingredients where Sooji / Semolina and Curd is the key ingredient of the recipe.

A very quick recipe which is an excellent snacking recipe or a starter recipe prepared with just few ingredients where Sooji / Semolina and Curd is the key ingredient of the recipe.

Assemble ingredients

In the mixing bowl add semolina + curd + salt + sugar + little water and keep rest for 15 minutes.
Now in the mixing bowl add all veggies + water as required + baking soda and give a good mix, batter is ready. - 3
Spread an even layer of batter on one side of the bread slice.
In a moderately heated pan add butter, place bread slice keeping the batter side upwards, and toast for 2-3 minutes under low flame, and the surface starts firming.

Now flip the other side and toast by pressing gently with a spatula, also add little butter on the sides and toast under low flame for 2-3 minutes. Toast is ready.

Serve either with tea/coffee or any fruit juice.
