My son, Shreyas has prepared this cake out of chocolate biscuits & Amul dark chocolate as I love chocolate. This is a lovely surprise from him on Mother's Day which really meant a lot for me. I am reall proud to have him in my life.

4 small chocolate biscuits (Packet)
1 sachetcoffee powder
1egg
As RequiredMilk
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
As Per TastePowdered sugar
As RequiredRefined oil
As RequiredAmul dark chocolate (for decoration)

Grind the biscuits into powder. Mix baking powder, soda, coffee powder, oil, whisked egg, and sugar with milk.

Preheat a heavy bottom pan for 10 mins. Grease a tin with oil and sprinkle flour. Transfer the batter into it.

Place the tin inside the pan placing a stand. Cover & let it bake for 35-40 mins. Remove it to a rack & let it cool before demoulding.

Make a thick but flowing mixture out of dark chocolate & lukewarm milk. Cut the cake horizontally into 2halves. Spread the choco mixture all over the cake.

Decorate with grated chocolates & broken pieces of dark chocolate.
