  • 6eggs
  • 100 gwater
  • 100 gcorn syrup
  • 100 gsoy sauce
  • Dashrose wine, sesame oil
  • Chopped spring onion, garlic, chilli
  • Roasted sesame

Steps

  1. 1

    Simmer eggs for 6-8 mins. Soak in iced water, peeled

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients and marinate eggs for at least 8 hrs
