2 cupsflour
4large eggs
3/4 Cupsugar
1/2 cupveg.oil
1 tbspfruit flavor of your choice
1/2tspn baking powder
Raisins and fruit jam

Pre heat your oven.

Break your eggs in a large bowl and whisk

Add in the sugar gradually

Whisk for 10-15mins until light and creamy

Add in the jam and the raisins and bake for 20mins.

Add in the oil and flavor and mix for 2 mins

Using a spatula gradually add in the flour and mix until there’s no lumps. Do not over mix

Pour the mixture into your baking dish or pan
