Bokchoy with Charsiu

Ingredients

  1. Halfkg bokchoy
  2. 5 pcsgarlic
  3. some slice ginger
  4. 1 tspoyster sauce
  5. 1 packcooked charsiu

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice charsiu into strips. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Sautee ginger and garlic until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add bokchoy and stir fry until halfcook. Add oyster sauce. Mix again.

  4. 4

    Put in charsiu mix then remove. Serve it.
