Steps

Wash bokchoy then soak it with salted water for 15 mins. Then wash again.

Stir fry garlic then the bokchoy. Mix it, and pour oyster sauce and flour. Mix again.

Cook bakchoy half done. If you want soft, cook it longer.

Arrange in a plate and set aside.

Next, pan fry fish triangle until done.
Then arrange on top of bokchoy.
