Put warm milk, yeast, sugar and egg in the mix bowl. Stir to combine. Set aside. Another bowl put cake flour, bread flour and salt, whisk to mix well. Then pour the the wet ingredients into the four bowl. Whisk to combine it. Then put the dough to knead on the surface. Knead until smooth and elastic. Cover for 1 hour.

After 1 hour divide the dough into 10 pieces (50 g/ each), form into a small ball, cover for 15 minutes. Then flatten and put the taro paste on, wrap it.

Flatten the wrap dough, cut into the strip like pictures. Roll it like pictures.

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees celsius, bake for 15-20 minutes. Take it out and allow them to cool down. Ready to enjoy ☺️
