Ingredients

  1. Daal :-
  2. 1 cupdaal mansoor. 1or 2 hour bhigo dein
  3. 1choti pyaz slice
  4. 2jawe lehsan. Chop
  5. 2tamater. Slice
  6. 1 tsplaal mirch powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Thora sa hara dhania aur 2 Hari mirch
  9. 1/4 tsphaldi
  10. Pinchmeetha soda
  11. 1/4 cupoil
  12. Chawal
  13. 2 cupchawal.. 20 mint bhigo dein
  14. 2 TbspGhee
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 3 cuppani
  17. Keri k pakorey
  18. 1 cupbesan
  19. 2medium size keri. Peel, wash and cut lengthwise thin slices
  20. 1 tspkuti laal mirch
  21. Salt to taste
  22. 1/4 tsphaldi
  23. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Daal k liye dekchi main oil dalain, pyaz aur lassan daal kar fry Karen, golden ho tou pani add Karen..(2 glass).boil aye tou, meetha soda, tamatar, laal mirch aur haldi daal Kar darmiani aanch per pakne dein.

    Jab daal soft ho jai, pani khushk ho jai, beat Karen aur namak aur Hari mirch sabut add Karen. 1/2 glass pani add Karen. Hara dhania dalen.
    Dum per rakhe. Jitni thick rakhi ho rakhe.

    Chawal k liye, dekchi main chawal, ghee, namak aur pani daal kar pakain. Pani khushk ho tou 10 mint dam per rakhe.

    Pakorey k liye bowl Mein besan, haldi, namak, kutti laal mirch dalen. Thora Thora pani daal kar beat Karen. Thick batter Bana lain. Fry kearney se pehle meetha soda 2 pinch add Karen..

    Oil garam Karen, keri k slices ko chal I main rakhe take extra pani nikal jai.
    Ek ek piece ko batter main dip Kar k achi tarha coat Karen aur fry Karen.

    Golden brown hon tou nikal lain.

    Same batter main, tinday aur aloo k pakoray bhi fry kar sakte hain.
