In a pot, pour a drizzle of olive oil and add the onion and bell pepper, previously diced, then cook for a few minutes.

Add the ground beef and all the spices, then mix everything until the meat is fully cooked. Add the Laughing Cow cheese and chives, then mix one last time before setting aside to cool.

Cut your puff pastry into 8 pieces, then place a portion of shredded cheese and a portion of your filling on each triangle, then roll your triangles into a croissant shape.

Brush with a mixture (1 egg + 1 tablespoon of milk), add some nigella seeds, and bake at 392°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
