  • 3Medium size sweet potato
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 Tspsalt
  • Deeping sauce: ketchup,and chilli pepper

    Peel and wash the sweet potato

    Dice the sweet potato add into a pot,sprinkle some salt and boil for 5mins.

    Strain in a colender and preheat oil and fry until golden brown.

    This is the final result. very soft and crispy
