Making the most of the last of this delicious allium 🌿

Make sure the butter is soft or at room temperature. Roughly chop the wild garlic and butter
- 2
Add to a food processor and blitz to a paste
- 3
Add the lemon zest, blitz again, then remove from the food processor on to some grease proof paper or cling film
- 4
Roll into a log shape and chill or freeze until solid. Either use fresh or freeze, slice into discs and keep in tupper ware in the freezer for upto 3 months
