I do not like chocolate shakes but my girl wants me to have something with me as she was having her Chocolate ice cream shake. So the coconut milk was in my fridge, I got an idea to make something with different and not to sweet. So I created my own recipe. 😃

Halfcucumber
Few leaves of mint
4 tbscoconut milk
1 tbssugar
cubesIce
1/4 cupchilled water

Cut the cucumber into pieces. I didn’t peel, if you do not like peel then peel and put but the peel is having more nutrients. Add few mint leaves and ice cubes

Pour coconutilk and add sugar. Pout a quarter cup of water. Blend it well.

Check out the consistency and then pour into glass. Decorate with mint leaf

Serve chilled. 😋
