For this you'll need 1 raw Mango cut into cubes, handful of each Coriander and Mint leaves,1 inch Ginger,5-6 Garlic cloves,1 Tsp Rock Salt, 1 tbsp Vinegar and 1 Tsp Mustard oil.

Make a fine paste of all this ingredients and this tasty Hot and Sour Sauce is ready to be served.
