1big and long eggplant
300 gground fish
4 tbspcooking oil
2 tbspflour
Halfbowl water

Steps

1

Wash and cut eggplant into circle.

Rub flour on the surface of eggplant. Then place minced fish.

Heat oil in wok then fry eggplant with the fish touching the wok.

When its already golden brown flip it.
5

Add half bowl water then cover it. Simmer until cooked.
