12Shallots -
as required Tamarind -half the size of a gooseberry
5Red chillies -
as per taste Salt
3 tspCoconut oil

Boil the Kappa with little salt and keep ready

In a mixer add the shallots, tamarind,red chillies,salt and grind coarsely.

Add coconut oil to the chammanthi and mix well.

Serve with hot boiled Kappa
