Ingredients

  • 1 litreAmul Gold
  • 3Kesar Mango
  • 1/4 CupSugar
  • 2 tbsp.Ghee
  • as required Pistachio for Garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk till reduce in half quantity. Now add 1tbsp.sugar stir continuously.

    Wash peel and chopped mango.And take in a mixie Jar.And make a pulp.

    Add in a milk.Add 1tbsp.sugar and stir well.
    Till milk and mango pulp merged.
    Lastly Add remaining sugar and stir. Till release ghee.
    Add ghee and stir it well.

  4. 4

    Transfer in a square mould.Spread evenly. Set for 5-6hrs.

    Cut into pieces and serve. Yummy tasty Mango milk cake is ready to serve. Garnish with pistachio.
