Today I have made tasty delicious Lychee Shrikhand.
It's an easy and quick recipe.
Steps

Hang thick curd overnight in the fridge in a muslin cloth to drain water. Hung curd is ready.

Deseed the lychee and take the pulp in mixer jar and blend to make puree.

Assemble all ingredients in one place. Take a mixing bowl add hung curd and powdered sugar and mix it well.

Now add lychee pulp, lychee essence and mix it properly. Lychee Shrikhand is ready.

Now Decoration and Garnish -
Now separate the shrikhand into 2 bowls. Add little pink colour to one bowl and mix it nicely and keep other bowl plain. - 6
Now take a square plate, pour the coloured part in diagonally half side of the plate with a partition of alluminium foul strip and refrigerate 1 hour to set. Then remove the alluminium foul partition and pour the white part and again refrigerate till set.

Now garnish with lychee pieces, silver balls, rose petals and chilled serve it.
