Kaju Gathiya Sabji

First chop the onions and tomatos. Now take oil in a pan and fry the cashews till they turns lightly pink. Then take the oil in the same pan, add onions and tomatos and saute it properly.

After 2-3 minutes, turn off the gas, cool the mixture, then prepare the paste in the mixer. Now, take garlic in a mortar and add kashmiri red chilli powder in it and make a paste.

Now take the oil and add cumin, cloves, tamalpatra, red chilli powder, asafoetida and turmeric and then add prepared onions and tomatos paste into it.

Once the oil released from the above prepared mixture, add garlic paste, coriander cumin powder, salt as needed, garam masala and a little water.

Then boil this for the next 5 mins then add fried kaju & gathiya and let it boil for another 1min and turn off the Gas.

Kaju Gathiya Sabji is ready to Serve.
