This is one of the most authentic recipe I recommended to eat in congee restaurant.
Steps

In a wok or a large saucepan, heat vegetable oil with medium heat. Fry garlic until golden and crispy. Set aside. Save the oil for cooking mined pork.

In the same saucepan, turn on high heat. Cook minced pork until it turn light brown color. Add salted Chinese olive. Mix well. Add sugar. Taste.

Finally, add fried garlic and mix well. Turn off the heat. Transfer to a serving platter. Eat with congee.
