Rose Flavoured Lychee Baked Yoghurt

In a blending jar add lychees and blend to a paste. Take hung curd in a large bowl, add condensed milk, fresh cream, rose essence and some dry rose petals, prepared lychee paste, whisk till well blended.

Transfer into small bowls, cover each bowl with aluminium foil. Place them on a baking tray, pour some water into the baking tray and bake in 170° preheated oven for 15-16 minutes or until well baked.

Take the bowls out of the oven and alow to cool completely in room temperature then refrigerate it. Garnish with chopped Pistachios, dry rose petals, and Lychees and served.
