Ingredients

  • 250 gMushrooms
  • 200 mlCooking Cream
  • Salt
  • Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut up the mushrooms to your liking

  2. 2

    Sauté the mushrooms in butter until slightly soft

  3. 3

    Transfer the mushrooms in a separate pot and start to gradually add the cooking cream (i used half of it) while stirring

  4. 4

    Keep stirring till the mixture thickens and add salt to taste
