Ingredients

0-15 mins

3 servings

2 Cupsgrated cabbage, carrot, shimla mirchi.
2 tbsp cornflour
For gravy- keep some grated veggies.
2 tbsp oil,
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp Soya,
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp chopped ginger garlic
as per tasteSalt
as required Oil to fry

Mix cornflour in grated veggies. Add salt.Make balls,& fry. Keep aside

In pan sdd oil. Add ginger, garlic. Add veggies. Stir fry,2-3 minutes.Sdd some water, soya, chilli sauce, cornflour paste.,Cook 5 minutes.Add balls
