    In a clean bowl, add in your minced meat. Add your garlic ginger paste, curry powder,soysauce, sprinkle your seasoning cube.

    Break in an egg as a binder. Mix thoroughly to combine.
    Form into balls.

    Drop in your meatballs gently and shallow fry on one side till light brown in colour. Gently flip over the other side and shallow fry till it's also light brown.

    Drizzle a little vegetable oil in your frying pan. Just enough to shallow fry your meatballs. Heat the vegetable oil.

    Add seasoning to your taste bearing in mind that meatball is also seasoned so seasoning should be minimal. Allow to fry till oil rises to the surface of the sauce.

    Break in an egg as a binder. Mix thoroughly to combine.
    Form into balls.

    Cover and allow to cook for about 5 to 7 minutes on low flame.

    In a sauce pan, add your vegetable oil. Add a little sliced onion and heat. Add in your tomato and pepper paste. Stir fry.

    Drop in your meatballs gently and shallow fry on one side till light brown in colour. Gently flip over the other side and shallow fry till it's also light brown.

    Cover and allow to simmer on a low flame. Serve hot.
