I had some leftover cheese, so I made these super quick, fragrant, and crispy crackers for a picnic with dear friends!
Cooking Instructions

Mix the flour with salt and stir well. Add the butter to a food processor with the flour and blend until the mixture resembles coarse sand. Add the cheese and ice water to form a dough.

Place the dough on a surface and shape it into a rectangular block. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then, keeping the plastic wrap on, roll it out into a thin sheet. Use a flower-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the crackers.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes and bake the crackers for about 8-12 minutes until they are golden brown on top.

Result: The crackers are crispy, with a delicious buttery and cheesy aroma, and taste great!
