Preheat your oven for 10 min at 180 degrees. Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda, and custard powder together.

In separate bowl beat eggs.When it becomes fluffy add sugar in 3 batches and beat again. Then add oil slowly and beat again.

Now add sieved maida in 3 batches and use a spatula and mix maida to beaten egg,sudar oil mixture with cut and fold method. Dont overbeat, be gentle.

Sprinkle some maida on tutti frutti n keep some for topping, add dusted tutti frutti in cake batter n mix lightly. Pour in cupcake n loaf cake liners or use 2 6-inch round pans or one 8-inch pan.Vdke in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 min for cake.Bake for 20 min for cupcakes n 25 min for small loaf cakes. Each oven is different so thetime given is approximate. PLEASE check after 20 min by piercing a toothpick in center of cake if it cones out clean cake is done,then remove from oven.

Cool cake on a wire rack then demould. Enjoy
