Successful #fridgecleanoutmeal ☺️👌 I had only 4 fillets and a couple salad dressing bottles that I wanted to use up. I also had a bit of grated parmesan to get rid of. This was a quick & easy dish, with minimal ingredients, that you could serve for dinner or lunch, as a sandwich or main course with sides, add to a salad, or simply enjoy alone if you like fish. 😄👍

Honey Mustard Baked Crusted Tilapia Fillets

Ingredients

  1. 4tilapia fillets, boneless & skinless
  2. Marinade Ingredients:
  3. 1/2 cupgreen onion, chopped
  4. 1 cup"Italian Dressing"
  5. 1 cup"Honey Mustard Dressing" (or see attached recipe)
  6. 1 tbspparsley flakes
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1 tsppepper
  9. 1 tspgarlic salt
  10. Crust Topping Ingredients:
  11. 1 tspsalt
  12. 1 tsppepper
  13. 4 tspgrated parmesan cheese
  14. 4 tbspbread crumbs

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°. Begin by making marinade in a medium casserole dish or baking pan. Combine all ingredients for marinade together, toss to coat well, & soak fish fillets for 20-30 minutes. Then place into oven for 20-25 minutes.

    Next, remove filets from marinade pan & place them onto a greased or foiled baking sheet.

    Then, cover tops of fillets evenly with topping ingredients.

    Return to oven & set your oven to broil on low for 3-6 minutes or until your fish are browned & crisped to your preference. Serve & Enjoy!
