3eggs
3 tablespoonssugar
300 gramsmascarpone cheese
200 gramsladyfingers
3small cups of coffee
Cocoa powder for dusting

Separate the egg yolks from the whites, beat the egg whites with 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, and in a separate bowl, beat the yolks with the remaining sugar

Fold the mascarpone cheese into the yolks, then gently fold in the beaten egg whites
