  • 1 cuppurple sticky rice
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the sticky rice purple, egg and salt in the bowl. Stir to mix. Heat the pan, put the olive oil spread all over. Scoop the sticky rice purple into the pan place the coriander leaves on. Roasted side by side until light golden brown, flip it other sides. Ready to enjoy 😉
