In a large baking dish Place bread. combine flour and dry mustard sprinkle 1/3 mixture over bread dribble one tablespoon of butter over mixture sprinkle Ham on top and repeat dry mixture. add cheese and remaining dry mixture and butter beat eggs and milk and pour over mixture refrigerate overnight baked uncovered one and a half hours at 350° serves 8

I was given this recipe from a good friend of mine, and teaching colleague April Bieri. I was in charge of taking corn to Thanksgiving, and I thought this was a bland idea. In discussion with April she shared this amazing recipe to replace boring ol' corn. My dish was hit and the pan was empty.
