Steps

Wash corainder leaves, spinach mint leaves and grind with green chillies, salt to make smooth paste. In mixing container add bajra / black pearl millet flour, corainder, spinach mint leaves, green chillies paste, salt,cummin seeds, sesame seeds. Mix well.

Add little, little water and knead into semi soft dough. Divide into 4 equal size balls.

On plastic sheet roll each prepared bajra dough into round paratha.

Roast parathas on iron griddle with ghee on both sides till crispy golden.

Serve /Relish Delicious Nutritious Hariyali Bajra Paratha with fresh curd, dates and walnuts for complete breakfast meal.
