Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cupsmoth(mataki) sprouts
  • 1 cupplain oats
  • 1/2 cupfresh curry leaves
  • 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspwhite sesame seeds
  • 1 tspcarom seeds
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspgram flour (for binding)
  • as requiredOil for deep frying

Steps

    First take a blender jar

    Add green chillies, coriander leaves and curry leaves

    Grind coarsely

  4. 4

    Now in the same pot, add sprouts, ginger garlic paste and all dry spices

    Again grind coarsely

    Now add oats

    Blend for 10sec just get it mixed

    Transfer this mixture in a dish

    Now add gram flour, sesame seeds and carom seeds

    Combine everything well

    Give shape of cutlet

    Deep fry in hot oil

    Serve hot vada(cutlet) with mint green chutney
