  2. কালোজিরে, এক চামচ নুন, এক চামচ হলুদ, এক চামচ জিরে গুড়ো,

    বিনস,আলু ছোট ছোট করে কেটে ভালোভাবে ধুতে হবে ৷তারপর কড়াইতে তেল গরম করে কালো জিরো ফোড়ন,.শুকনো লঙ্কা ফোড়ন,দিয়ে প্রথমে আলুটা ভাজতে হবে তারপর বিনস দিয়ে নুন হলুদ দিয়ে মিডিয়াম আঁচে ভেজে এক চামচ জিরেগুঁড়ো দিলাম ৷

    তারপর পাঁচ মিনিট মিডিয়া আচে রেখে সেদ্ধ করে গরম মসলা দিলাম
