Steps

Put cooking oil in a pan.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute.

Add red chilli flakes and mix.

Add mango cubes.

Add vinegar, cumin, black seeds and sugar. Let the sugar dissolve. Continuously stir.

Mash mango chunks a bit and let it be sticky.

Chutni is ready. Store it in an airtight jar.
