Add water in a wok.add ginger garlic paste.cook on low flame.add mutton.mix well until it changes its colour.cover and cook on medium flame for 10 to 15 mins.remove scum from water.cook on high flame for 10 to 15 mins.add oil further mix for 2 mins. And cook until oil seperates.

Add peeled tomatoes.you can add tomatoes paste too. Cover and cook on medium flame. when meat is soft and tender.turn the flame low.

Add spices.mix and cook for another 5 mins.cokk until oil seperates.

Garnish with coriander and ginger..enjoy with fresh salad
