Broadbean, pea and mint hummus

Quick, easy and seasonal hummus - much more delicious than shop bought. It takes just minutes to make (a bit longer if you peel your chickpeas) and I found it tasted even better when left in the fridge overnight to let all the lovely fresh flavours to infuse.

Steps
- 1
Shell the broadbeans and peel the chickpeas (optional but will make it smoother). Then quickly cook the broad beans and peas for 3 mins in a saucepan of simmering water.
- 2
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Add a splash of water or more olive oil until it becomes nice and smooth. Season to taste. Enjoy!
