Soak moong dal and rice for 3 hrs. After 3 hrs grind it smoothly. Once it is done then transfer to a bowl and keep aside for whole night for fermentation.

Next day for breakfast. Add salt as needed. Mix it properly till the bubblesmcome.

Heat non stick pan. Pour spoonful batter. Cook both the sides. Add butter it is optional. But I like butter. So I apply butter on dosa. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate.

Ready to serve with sambar and coconut chutney.
