Take one big bowl add ragi flour and besan along with curd and give a good mix, now add chopped onion, chopped green chili, and all the powder spice, and salt. Now add little water and mix everything well and make a medium thick batter.

Now heat your non-stick tawa/pan and spread oil in this. Now in this pour 2 full ladlefuls of batter and spread it gently and give it the shape of a chilla.

Let it cook for 5 mins or until they hold shape. Now flip toward the other side and cook again for 2-3 min.

Crispy and golden brown our ragi chilla is ready for serve, serve this with coconut and peanut chutney.
