Wash eggplant well. Poke using tooth pick. Then boil.

After boiling, peel of skin then place in a plate. Using fork flatten it.

Crack egg, combine salt, white pepper and crab meat. Beat it well.

Then pour over the eggplant. Heat pan then add oil.

In a medium fire. Fry the mixture.
