Firstly for making vegetable paratha-

Take a mixing bowl

Add all the flour, dry spices, chopped onion and coriander leaves

Gradually add water and knead the dough

Roll with a rolling pin

Roast on tawa by smearing oil,cook on both the sides

Vegetable paratha is ready

For the second box- I have shred the link for the lemon rice, sprinkle some readymade soya sticks snacks

Fill the third lunch box with pomegranate arils

Healthy Lunch box is ready to carry
