Actually this is my favourite recipe....I love KHEEMA very much....I use beef for preparing KHEEMA... Beef cook along with tomatoes and masala's to achieve the authenticity of thick KHEEMA.....You have to use chicken also instead of beef....😋😋😋😋

Mix the flour along with above required quantities of curd, oil, salt, sugar

Slowly add the water with flour.I add as speed, so the dough makes sticky as it needs extra flour....Mean while I used to activate Yeast.For that 1 1/4 teaspoon of yeast is mixed with 2 tablespoon of lukewarm water, then the yeast begins to bubble within a min

Bring the flame in to high, cook on both sides

Flip the non-stick pan and GRILL THE NAAN FOR BROWNISH ON ALLOVER SIDES

KHEEMA: Blend the 350 g beef in the blender into small pieces.keep the stove on, place the cooker in medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, minced beef, water, make a 7 or 8 whistles.....

KHEEMA: Stove on and add chopped onions and tomatoes, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and stir well.Add some water and brings to boil for 5 minutes in high flame

Add required salt and chopped coriander leaves and keep in sim for 5 min

Off the stove while it brings to a semi thick pasted KHEEMA
