In a deep bowl add whole wheat flour, ghee, salt,sugar,baking powder, soda,curd and mix all ingredients nicely..With help of little water knead a semi stiff dough.Cover & rest it for half an hour..Once done again knead the dough and divide it into equal portion.Make a ball out if everything portion, dust the rolling board with some flour and roll the ball it into a small circle of desired thickness. Apply some water on top surface of kulcha & sprinkle some coriander leaves and slightly press

Again roll the kulchas slightly but maintain the thickness.Heat a tawa & place the top surface of kulcha at bottom of tawa & roast it properly from both the sides until it turns slightly crisp & slightly brown in colour. It can also be roasted in same manner as we do for normal Roti, this gives slightly smoky flavor. Once done add generous amount of ghee & serve hot with your preferred choice of curries/ dal.
