Dhaba style Daal fry
Steps

Heat ghee in kadai and add cumin seeds and hing.

Add some curry leaves and curry paste

Add all the spices

Add salt and garam masala
- 5
Put the lid on the kadai and cook for some time then add cooked moong daal
- 6
Add few drops of lemon if you want and add chopped capsicum and cook for some more time.

The dhanya style daal fry is ready to eat.
