Steps

First, take a bowl and add all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and refined oil. Mix all items after that add curd and mix well.

After that add water as per required for making a soft dough.

Then cover for 2 hrs.

After 2 hrs divide the dough into equal parts. Roll the dough into a circle or oval shape.

Then place a kulcha on a tawa roast roughly.

Then sprinkle butter and coriander leaves.

Now place a kulcha on it and also spread butter on top of the kulcha.

Toast it until it turns golden brown from the bottom and now flip it and toast it again.

When it turns golden brown from both sides that means it's now ready to serve with chole

Take a Kadai on a flame and add oil after that add onion, tomato, and green chill.

After that add masala to it.

Then add boiled chole to it.

Then add chutney mix well.

Remove flame. Serve in bowl garnish with coriander leaves green chilli and squeeze lemon on it
