Dhabha style aloo bhindi fry
Steps

Chop potatoes in long wedges. Cut bhindi in big slant pieces.

Now heat a pan. Add oil to it. Once hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Let it splutter.

Now add, turmeric powder and chopped potatoes. Saute well add chopped ladies finger. Saute on high flame for 5 minutes

Now add, red chilli powder,pav bhaji masala, chat masala,cumin powder, coriander seeds powder.mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

Now add salt to the Pan. Mix well and enjoy
