Assemble ingredients

In a deep wok / kadhai, heat oil, then add ginger garlic and sauté for few seconds, then add chopped onion and sauté till pinkish then add all veggies and stir fry till veggies turn soft yet crunchy. Add salt + sauce and mix well.

Then add boiled noodles and mix gently and make sure that noodles coats well with the veggie mixture.

Cook further for few more minutes and Chowmein is ready.

Chowmein is ready to get packed for lunch box.
